Returns Policy

Magnifierlights are committed to providing our customers with the best products and service. We ensure that your light is in working order before shipping it.

Returns are accepted on the following basis:

• If the product has been damaged in transit, or is otherwise faulty, please contact us, return it to us and we'll replace it.
• If you wish to return a non-faulty product because you're not happy with the quality of the lamp, or its functionality, you may do so within 30 days of purchase, as long as the packaging is undamaged. We will refund the cost of the lamp either through PayPal or directly into your bank account, once we've received the lamp back from you.
• We offer a 12 month warranty on all lamps(does not include light bulbs). Should your lamp become faulty within this period, please contact us. We'll either repair or replace the lamp depending on the type of problem.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Do I need to buy a base with my magnifier light ?
  No - all of our fittings come with a standard clamp mount. A range of other base options are available for the large (8069) and round (8068) models, which need to be ordered separately. The G1 clamp shown is included with these fittings, though of course spares/replacements of those can be ordered.
  
  
• What about postage and shipping costs ?
  Shipping costs are included in the prices of our items for shipping around Australia.
  
  
• My light is faulty, how do I return it for refund or replacement ?
  Please contact us and describe the fault, indicate if you want a refund or a replacement and provide information to help us locate your order. We can then give you a returns number and address. Once we receive the goods with this number we can then process your refund or ship your replacement.
  
  
• What sort of lamps (bulbs) do your magnifier lights use and are they readily available ?
  All of our fittings use compact fluorescent lamps readily available from any electrical wholesaler, your local Bunnings, etc. Compact fluorescent lamps are longer lived, cooler to run and much more energy efficient than any other readily available light source.
